Bryan Lawrie FCCA, Associate Director -

Bryan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and spent 12 years at the London office of a large international accounting practice where he was a Director of the Business Support Services division. Bryan has a depth of experience providing support to a wide variety of businesses including setting up finance functions, business planning, forecasting and strategy and advice to businesses setting up in the UK.
Recent appointments have included acting as:

• A board Finance Director for an overseas construction business, assisting it through the completion of Section 21 private placing
• board Finance Director for a PLC energy business listing on the UK’s Plus market
• CFO in a marketing and design business, guiding the company through a sale process
• board Finance Director to a PLC drinks distribution business listing on Plus market
• CFO support to an AIM-quoted fuel cell technology business
• Finance Director to a corporate advisory and law practice.

Bryan is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has contributed to articles relating to accounting and financial systems in various business consultancy journals.
